This one is called the pause-squeeze technique, and as is often the case, the name gives it away.
Let's just look at the steps involved:
- Start sexual activity as you do anyway
- Pause, when you feel you are close to ejaculation

Using the pause-squeeze technique for a few times might help you with premature ejaculation in general.
