Google shoots up many articles on the benefits of Ashwagandha; however, there is no robust medical evidence backing it. The benefits are linked to curing psychological erectile dysfunction, as is often the case in alternative medicine. However, Ashwagandha, or Indian Ginseng, may well possibly have some benefits due to the genoside content, which is why Korean Ginseng has shown promise in some studies too. But in the absence of substantial evidence, we cannot recommend it as a standalone treatment.
