Two categories of medicines have been noted to help with delaying the orgasm. However, this section needs the obvious disclaimer:

The first category is anti-depressants. Certain anti-depressants were seen to cause the side effect of delaying the orgasm. The broad category is Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors (called SSRIs, affectionately.) As you will appreciate, given that very expansive term, these should not be taken without medical supervision.

The second category is analgesics, some of which again have the same side effect. A good example in this category is Tramadol, but it may have side effects such as nausea, headache or sleepiness.
