Squeezed in the interview is the very specific target that Adams’ doctor has given him for the number of times he should be having sex in a month.

The recommendation is for a healthy prostate, and while the science does suggest such health benefits, the precise number is perhaps more the specific doctor’s take.

Or perhaps it has context. Maybe the celebrity patient pestered the doctor to give a number target, and the clever doctor gave a number that is not easy to get to.

We don’t know, of course, but it is all good to remove the stigma that often covers the subject.
