It starts with few strands in your comb; then you see many while bathing, on your pillow, and there comes a time when you realize that it is baldness. This haunts especially men as the problem with hair becomes more rigid and visible. It is biologically encoded in the human body that the males experience baldness after a certain age, and plenty of contributing factors like stress, bad health, etc. accelerates the process of losing hair. For many, baldness may be linked with their hereditary.

No matter what is the reason behind the cause, scalp without hair is not a fashion accepted readily. Although there are effective solutions available to treat baldness, nutritious, and a healthy diet can naturally slow as well as cure baldness to an extent.

Oil Massage Twice a Week

Your nearby chemist or cosmetic store would have many hair oils to offer; however, as we are talking about home remedies, olive oil takes this spot for being nutritious for your hair and scalp. It protects your hair from damages. If you have honey and cinnamon powder available, make a pack of hair oil using olive oil as the base.

Mix two teaspoons of honey and one spoon of cinnamon powder in the oil. Apply that pack on your hair and scalp, leave it for 20 minutes. Wash it using a mild shampoo afterward. Use this pack once a week for better results.

In this another recipe for hair oil pack, you require cumin seeds along with olive oil. Mix one teaspoon of cumin seeds in half a cup of olive oil base. Leave the mix for 30 minutes. Now, this pack is ready to be applied on your scalp by rubbing gently. After 30 minutes you can rinse your hair using normal temperature water.

Aloe Vera

It is one of the most common household herbal pot plant used as a remedy for uncountable conditions. Like the way it is good for skin, it also great for your scalp. It will supply your scalp with vitamin E and moisturize it. Just apply aloe vera as a mask on your scalp and leave it for a few minutes before washing off to get the results.

Onion Paste

Onion is another common kitchen remedy available in every house, put some peeled and sliced onions into your mixer to make a juice. Use a cotton ball to dab apply it on your scalp. After 20 minutes, rinse it with normal water. Use shampoo the next day if you can avoid else, use a mild shampoo to rinse. Onion based solution is known to clean your scalp and boost hair growth, and that’s what you want to fight baldness signs.

Mustard Oil and Henna Paste

Get henna leaves and put it to boil in 250 grams of mustard oil. Leave the oil to cool after boiling. You can use the paste to directly apply on the area of your scalp where you feel you are losing hair a lot. After 20 minutes, you can rinse wash with normal water. Do this three times a week for surprising results.

Guava Leaves

Guava leaves contain vitamin C, which boosts collagen activity. Add some guava leaves into boiling water and let it boil until the water turns black. Let it cool and then use cotton to apply the solution on your scalp. Doing this two-three times a week is helpful for collagen and, ultimately, for your hair.

Spinach and Lettuce Paste

Use a mixer to make a smooth paste of fresh lettuce and green spinach, apply this paste directly where you have signs of baldness, or you are losing hair. After 20 minutes, wash it off and do this twice or thrice weekly for good results out of this home-based remedy.

Gooseberry Juice & Lemon

Your hair follicles hold your hair, and gooseberry juice is known to strengthen it. It boosts hair growth and is probably the best cure for baldness. Use your juicer to get some juice out of sliced gooseberry, add lemon in the juice, and apply the mixture on your scalp. After 30 minutes, rinse it off. Your hair roots will be strengthened, and also you will get shiny and wavy hair in return.

Egg & Honey

Egg yolk is the important part we need in this remedy. Pour a bit of honey into it to prepare the mix. Massage your scalp with it for 30 minutes and wash it later. It will stimulate hair growth and will condition your scalp. Do this regularly to see the difference.

Remember nutritious diet should be your priority if you want to tackle any health or body-related issues, be it baldness. These remedies are natural in application and best in results but only when done regularly.
