So the next time you have a romantic evening in mind, make sure some of these foods are included in the meal (and your every day’s too)

Avocados

This fruit is rich in unsaturated fat and contains very little saturated fat, which makes it just right for your heart and arteries. A stronger heartbeat ensures more flow to the right places and, in turn, boosts your libido. Research shows that men with heart disease are twice as likely to suffer from erectile dysfunction as compared to men who don’t.

Oysters

Rich in zinc, Oysters, give a perfect boost for your libido. Plus, it’s easy to cook and doesn’t burn a hole in the pocket.

Arugula

These leaves contain minerals and antioxidants that are essential for overall sexual wellness. These restrict the absorption of many different kinds of environmental contaminants, which are known for potentially decreasing libido. Pile up your salads and pizza with these.

Almonds

Studies reveal that since ancient times almonds help increase passion and to aid in infertility. No wonder that Bollywood flicks always have a wholesome glass of almond milk on wedding nights. Additionally, the almonds also have trace minerals like Zinc, Vitamin C, and many other nutrients that help in increasing your libido levels.

Figs
