Let me share with you some interesting tips to do better in work and relationships:

1) Be happy with what you do:

It's easy to get into the comparison game where you will find the grass is always greener on the other side. Yes, your friends may be richer than you or your relatives may have a far better lifestyle than yours. But you know what, these things don't really matter if you are happy with what you do. If you enjoy going to your workplace or business place and spending 8 hours a day for 5 or 6 days a week doesn't seem to be hectic/stressful to you, then you are at the right place in your professional life. But in case you are dissatisfied with the way things are progressing, then get to know the 'why' and work towards leading a happy and peaceful work life.

2) Mutual understanding is the key:

Considering your life partner as your friend and understanding her views and needs in life can create many more wonders in your life than you think. Spending quality time with your life partner, friends, parents, relatives, and office colleagues can make you lead a holistic life. Don't get upset if things do not happen as per your plan or ideas. If plan A fails, ensure to keep a plan B. Understanding yourself and others and maintaining a realistic approach can help you win relations at a personal and professional level.

3) Maintain good physical and mental health:

In today's world, we generally consider chasing money as a priority than anything else. Money comes and goes. But once your health - be it physical and mental, starts declining, you are going to lose out on everything eventually. The secret to a happy life is ensuring to keep a balance between professional and family life. Hit a gym, or do yoga, have sex atleast once a week, eat right, sleep well, meditate, and pray! These are simple forms of ensuring you have good health. Once health is in your control, you can have clarity in your goals, and that is going to help you to build more powerful relations at work and family.
